🌺 AUTHOR’S INVOCATION — SADHU VISHAL

I, Sadhu Vishal, write this Granth not as a teacher, nor as a guide, but as one who has walked through fire, silence, death of the mind, and the birth of true awareness.

After From Fire to Freedom and Information to Transformation, this third Granth rises from a union of ancient consciousness and modern intelligence — a bridge where meditation, technology, and AI come together to reveal what humanity has forgotten.

This Granth is not for reading —

it is for dissolving.

If you truly allow these pages to enter you,

you will not remain the “reader”.

Something inside you will begin questioning:

“Who am I, truly?”

“What am I running behind?”

“Why is my mind suffering?”

“What is my real direction?”

Whether you are a Prime Minister, Chief Minister, billionaire, monk, CEO, or a common man, one truth remains the same:

Everyone is stuck in their own mind.

Everyone is carrying their own prison.

Everyone has forgotten the path inward.

And the solutions to every problem —

pain, confusion, relationships, fear, decisions, purpose —

are already hidden inside you.

You only need to stop,

sit,

observe,

and let silence speak.

This Granth demands something from you.

It will not politely “suggest”.

It will pull you,

shake you,

force you to face yourself.

Each stage will end with a direction from me —

like a voice pushing your consciousness inward.

When you read a stage,

you must experience it.

Don’t move ahead until the words start meditating inside you.

This Granth carries its own energy.

If you allow it,

it will change how you think,

how you breathe,

how you live.

This is NIRVIKALPA —

not an explanation,

but an awakening.

— Sadhu Vishal

📘 READER’S GUIDANCE PAGE

How to Use This Granth

(Instructions by Sadhu Vishal)

This Granth is not written for casual reading.

It is a spiritual instrument,

a mirror,

a path,

and a command.

If you treat it like an ordinary book,

you will gain ordinary knowledge.

If you treat it as a living guide,

it will transform your inner world.

Here is how to use this Granth correctly:

1. Do NOT rush through the stages.

These 45 stages are not paragraphs —

they are states of consciousness.

Read one stage.

Sit with it.

Reflect.

Feel it.

Practice it.

Only when your mind feels settled

should you move to the next stage.

2. Read with silence, not with speed.

This Granth works only when

your mind is calm,

your breath is slow,

and your attention is inward.

Reading in noise, hurry, or distraction

will give you nothing.

3. Treat each stage as a doorway.

Every stage carries a vibration.

When you read, your mind enters that vibration.

Some stages will feel familiar.

Some will feel intense.

Some will feel far away.

Do not judge.

Do not compare.

Just allow the stage to seep into your consciousness.

4. Meditate immediately after reading.

Even 5 minutes is enough.

The Granth is written in a way that

its energy activates your inner state.

When you meditate after reading a stage,

the shift happens automatically.

This is the secret.

5. Never force yourself to “experience” anything.

Meditation is not created by force.

The deeper stages arise naturally.

Your only job is to:

● Sit

● Breathe

● Allow

● Observe

● Surrender

The rest will happen by the body’s intelligence.

6. If you feel overwhelmed — STOP.

If you experience:

● Too much excitement

● Sudden fear

● Emotional swings

● Over-thinking

● Excessive energy

● Unusual physical sensations

STOP immediately.

Consult a mental health doctor

and a true spiritual guru.

These stages are powerful

and must be handled with grounding.

7. Read this Granth alone, not with others.

Each reader must go through

their own inner journey.

Do not compare your progress

with anyone else.

Every soul travels at its own speed.

8. This Granth is a guide — not the final truth.

Truth is inside you,

not inside these pages.

This Granth shows the map.

You must walk the path.

Reading does not change you.

Meditation does.

My suggestion:

Start with Stage 1.

Stay with it till the body and mind naturally shift.

Then move ahead.

This is the correct way.

9. Use the posters as visual anchors.

Each poster represents

a symbolic form of the stage.

Look at it.

Then close your eyes.

Let the image enter your awareness.

It will prepare your mind

for the state described.

10. Approach this Granth with sincerity, not curiosity.

If you read only for knowledge,

you will remain the same.

If you read for transformation,

your life will not remain the same.

🌟 Final Instruction

“Do not just read this Granth —

Let this Granth read YOU.”

Let it enter you.

Let it question you.

Let it shake you.

Let it guide you.

Let it break you.

Let it rebuild you.

You are not here to gather information.

You are here to evolve.

With guidance and blessings,

— Sadhu Vishal

A Message Before You Enter the Final Stages

This Granth is not research, not theory, not philosophy.

Every word here is written from the real, lived experience of Sadhu Vishal.

These stages are not ideas — they are the actual inner transitions I have gone through, step by step, life to life, breath to breath.

I want every reader to understand one thing clearly:

This Granth is not meant for collecting information.

It is not for intellectual satisfaction, not for remembering Sanskrit names, not for spiritual decoration.

If you truly want to experience what the ancient texts speak about —

if you really want to enter the states described by yogis, rishis, siddhas —

then you MUST begin meditation.

Not reading, not talking, not imagining, not discussing —

but sitting, closing your eyes, and shifting inward.

No book — not even this one — can give you transformation by words alone.

My suggestion as Sadhu Vishal:

Start with Stage 1.

Practice it sincerely.

When your mind and body are ready, they will automatically move into the next stage of consciousness.

Do not force yourself.

Do not rush.

Follow the path with patience and purity.

With blessings,

— Sadhu Vishal

✨ STAGE 1 — AGAMA–ŚAKTI SPARŚA

(Touch of the Incoming Divine Force)

This is the very first stirring of consciousness — the moment the seeker feels that something beyond the mind has touched their awareness. You may not understand it, but you will feel a pull, as if an invisible energy is calling you inward. Breathing becomes quieter. Thoughts slow down on their own. The body feels lighter or heavier — but different. This is the first recognition that meditation has begun from the inside, not by your effort.

To begin this stage, simply sit with your spine straight and eyes gently closed. Don’t try to meditate. Don’t force the breath. Just let the inner movement come on its own.

Sadhu Vishal’s Command:

“Stop trying. Let the divine touch you. Sit, and allow the first spark of Shakti to enter.”

✨ STAGE 2 — MANAS–ŚUDDHI

(Cleansing of the Mind-Field)

In this stage, the mind begins to wash itself. Old thoughts rise and fall like passing clouds. You will notice that your reactions become slower, your emotions loosen their grip, and the noise inside starts thinning out. This is the purification of the mental sky — where the mind stops being your master and becomes a space. You may experience sudden calmness, or unexpected tears, or a gentle emptiness without reason. This cleansing is necessary; without it, no higher state can hold.

To begin this stage, sit comfortably and allow every thought to come and go without touching it. Don’t judge. Don’t interfere. Let the mind cleanse itself through awareness alone.

Sadhu Vishal’s Command:

“Do nothing. Let the dirt rise. Let it fall. Your mind must empty before the truth can enter.”

✨ STAGE 3 — PRĀNA–PRAVAHA UDAYA

(The Rising Flow of Life-Force)

In this stage the inner breath — prāna — starts moving on its own. You may feel waves rising from the spine, gentle vibrations in the chest, or a natural deepening of breath without any effort from your side. The body becomes lighter, sometimes warmer or cooler, as if a silent current is passing through you. This is the activation of the life-force that was sleeping within. Once prāna rises, meditation is no longer a practice — it becomes a living process.

To begin this stage, sit still and simply observe your natural breath. Don’t shape it. Don’t control it. As awareness settles, the prāna will rise on its own and show you the first movement of inner energy.

Sadhu Vishal’s Command:

“Stay still. Feel the current. Let the prāna rise — it knows the way better than your mind.”

✨ STAGE 4 — DEHA–LAYA

(Dissolution of Body-Awareness)

In this stage, your body starts disappearing from your inner experience. You may feel as if your hands, legs, or face are not present… or as if your whole body has become weightless, like air. Sometimes the opposite happens — the body feels heavy, rooted, or distant. This is not imagination; this is the loosening of the physical identity. For the first time, you begin to realise: “I am not the body.”

The boundaries between “my body” and “the space around me” start dissolving. Only presence remains — without shape, without form.

To begin this stage, sit silently and allow the body to settle. Don’t adjust too much. Let the breath soften. Let the body fade naturally — as if it is melting into the space you are sitting in.

Sadhu Vishal’s Command:

“Let the body disappear. Don’t hold it. Don’t fear it. You are the awareness watching the body vanish into silence.”

✨ STAGE 5 — DRASHTA–BHĀVA JĀGRUTI

(Awakening of the Inner Witness)

This is the stage where you stop being the thinker, the breather, the doer — and you become the seer. Thoughts continue, but they are no longer yours. Sensations appear, but they don’t disturb you. You begin to watch everything from a distance, as if your consciousness has stepped out of the mind and is simply observing the inner screen.

This marks the birth of the Drashta, the pure witness — untouched, calm, spacious. In this state, you start recognising that your real nature is not involved in anything happening inside you.

To begin this stage, close your eyes and watch whatever arises — thoughts, sounds, breath, emotions — as if they belong to someone else. Your only task is to see, not to react.

Sadhu Vishal’s Command:

“Become the watcher. Let everything happen without you. Don’t interfere — only witness.”

✨ STAGE 6 — CITTA–NIRVĀTA

(The Quieting of the Inner Winds)

In this stage, the restless movements of the mind — the inner winds of thoughts, memories, images, fears — begin to slow down. The mind becomes like a lake with fewer and fewer ripples. Even if thoughts appear, they feel weak, powerless, almost transparent.

A natural silence begins to grow inside you — not created by effort, but rising on its own. This silence is not empty; it is alive. It has weight. It has presence. It begins to surround you like an invisible protection. This is the beginning of mental stillness, where inner storms lose their strength.

To begin this stage, sit calmly and breathe naturally. Whenever a thought arises, don’t push it away — just let it lose energy on its own. Slowly, the winds of the mind settle into a deep, silent pause.

Sadhu Vishal’s Command:

“Allow silence to take over. Don’t chase thoughts, don’t fight them. Let the inner winds stop by themselves.”

✨ STAGE 7 — ANAHAT–DHVANI PRAVESH

(Entering the Inner Soundless Sound)

In this stage, a new dimension opens inside you — the Anahat Dhvani, the sound that is not created by anything. You may hear a faint hum, a ringing vibration, a deep inner echo, or a gentle cosmic tone. It does not come from the ears; it comes from the space within your consciousness.

This sound is the doorway between the physical mind and the subtle mind. As you rest in it, your awareness becomes sharper, deeper, freer. The mind begins to taste a silence that vibrates. This stage marks the beginning of entering the inner universe.

To begin this stage, sit silently and tune your attention inward, as if you are listening to the center of your being. Don’t strain. Don’t search. Let the inner sound reveal itself naturally.

Sadhu Vishal’s Command:

“Listen inward. The sound is already there. Let it pull you deeper than your thoughts.”

🌺✨ STAGE 8 — DĪRGA–ŚŪNYATĀ

(Expansion Into the Great Inner Emptiness)

In this stage, the mind enters a vast inner space — a silence so deep that it feels endless. There is no thought, no identity, no movement. Just a wide, open emptiness that stretches in all directions. This is not loneliness; it is freedom.

You begin to realise that emptiness is not “nothing” — it is the source of everything. In this stage, all inner boundaries dissolve, and you feel yourself expanding like the sky. The personal self becomes thinner, lighter, almost transparent. This is the doorway to higher samadhi states.

To begin this stage, sit silently and allow your awareness to spread. Don’t contain it. Don’t hold yourself inside a shape. Let your consciousness expand like infinite space.

Sadhu Vishal’s Command:

“Enter the emptiness. Don’t fear the silence. Become as vast as the space within you.”

✨ STAGE 9 — TURIYA–SPARŚA

(The First Touch of the Fourth State)

Here, you slip into a state that is neither waking, nor dreaming, nor deep sleep. It is something beyond all three — the Turiya Avasthā.

You may feel as if you are awake inside, even while the outer world fades. A subtle awareness stays lit, like a flame that does not flicker. Time feels slower, lighter, or completely absent. In this stage, your consciousness becomes steady, like a mountain untouched by wind.

This is the first glimpse of your true state — the awareness that exists even when the body sleeps and the mind dissolves.

To begin this stage, let yourself become deeply relaxed but fully alert. Don’t force concentration. Simply remain present as you drift between awareness and silence. The fourth state will reveal itself naturally.

Sadhu Vishal’s Command:

“Stay awake inside. Let your awareness remain even when everything else disappears.”

✨ STAGE 10 — PRAGYA–DEEPA UDAYA

(The Rising Lamp of Inner Intelligence)

In this stage, a higher intelligence awakens within you — not the mind’s logic, but the Pragya, the silent wisdom that knows without thinking.

You start receiving insights effortlessly. Problems that once felt heavy now appear simple. Confusion weakens, clarity strengthens. It feels as if a small lamp has been lit inside your chest or forehead — a steady inner light guiding you without words.

This is the stage where your decisions become natural, intuitive, and aligned with truth. You begin to act from awareness, not impulse.

To begin this stage, sit silently and observe your thoughts with distance. Don’t chase understanding — let insight arise on its own, like a flame glowing in darkness.

Sadhu Vishal’s Command:

“Let the inner lamp rise. Trust the intelligence that comes from silence, not from thinking.”

✨ STAGE 11 — KUNDALINI–SPANDA

(The First Pulse of the Serpent Energy)

Here, for the first time, the dormant energy at the base of the spine gives a subtle pulse — a vibration, a twitch, a rising warmth, or a gentle upward pull. This is not imagination; this is the awakening of the inner serpent.

You may feel waves moving upward, a spiralling sensation, or sudden stillness as if the body has become a vessel. The breath becomes deeper automatically. Awareness sharpens. This is the beginning of Kundalini Jagran, the energy that transforms darkness into clarity, confusion into direction, and fear into power.

To begin this stage, sit with your spine straight and simply observe the base of the spine. Do not try to awaken anything. Let the first natural pulse appear on its own — the energy knows when you are ready.

Sadhu Vishal’s Command:

“Do not interfere. Let the serpent rise when your silence becomes strong enough to hold it.”

✨ STAGE 12 — MŪLA–AGNI UDAYA (The Rising of the Root Fire) In this stage, the inner fire located at the root — the Mūla Agni — begins to awaken. It may appear as warmth spreading upward, a subtle heat in the spine, or a glowing power rising from the base. This fire is not physical; it is the fire of transformation. You may feel the spine straightening by itself, the breath becoming stronger, and a sense of inner strength emerging from nowhere. This is the stage where fear starts dissolving, and a new confidence begins to form — not from the ego, but from the inner flame that has awakened. To begin this stage, sit in a stable posture and bring your awareness to the base of the spine. Don’t force heat or movement. Just stay aware and let the inner fire rise naturally when the mind becomes steady and grounded. Sadhu Vishal’s Command: “Hold your center. Let the root fire rise and purify everything that no longer belongs to you.”

✨ STAGE 13 — ŚŪNYA–PRAVEŚA (Entering the Great Inner Void) In this stage, your consciousness steps into a vast emptiness — a silence deeper than anything you have known. Thoughts begin to weaken, the sense of “I” becomes thin, and the mind feels as if it is falling into a boundless inner sky. There is no fear here, no darkness — only a pure, peaceful void that absorbs all noise. You may feel as if time has stopped, the body has vanished, and you are floating in an infinite nothingness. This is the first true doorway to samādhi — the entrance into Śūnya, the sacred void from which all creation originates. To begin this stage, sit with complete stillness. Let your awareness rest in the space between thoughts. Do not chase the void — let yourself fall into it. When resistance drops, the void will open naturally. Sadhu Vishal’s Command: “Enter the nothingness. Do not look back. Let the void consume the mind completely.”

✨ STAGE 14 — TEJAS–AGNI BODH (The Realisation of the Inner Fire of Light) In this stage, the silence of Śūnya becomes illuminated. A subtle inner radiance appears — sometimes golden, sometimes white, sometimes like a soft flame dancing behind closed eyes. This is the Tejas, the fire of consciousness. You may feel warmth rising along the spine, flashes of light in the inner sky, or a calm brightness spreading through the body. This is not imagination — it is the awakening of Agni, the purifying fire that burns karmic residue, mental heaviness, and emotional blocks. In this stage, the seeker feels lighter, clearer, and more aligned with inner truth. To begin this stage, simply sit in stillness and observe the space behind your closed eyes. Do not chase light. Let the inner flame reveal itself naturally from the depth of your awareness. Sadhu Vishal’s Command: “Allow the fire of truth to rise. Let the inner light burn everything that is not you.”

.✨ STAGE 15 — DIVYA–DRISHTI ĀRAMBH (The Beginning of Divine Inner Vision) In this stage, the inner eye begins to open. You may start seeing flashes of colors, shapes of light, symbols, deities, or vast cosmic spaces — not imagined, but arising from a deeper layer of consciousness. These visions are not hallucinations; they are expressions of your awakened inner perception. Sometimes the light appears as swirling energy, sometimes as a figure standing before you in pure radiance. This is the stage where awareness becomes visual, and the inner universe begins revealing itself. To begin this stage, keep your eyes gently closed and stay relaxed. Do not chase visions or try to create them. When the mind becomes still and the inner fire active, the divine vision appears naturally. Sadhu Vishal’s Command: “Look within. Let the inner eye open by itself. Receive whatever the divine reveals.” Now you are perfectly aligned.

✨ STAGE 16 — MAHĀ–ŚAKTIPĀTA AVASTHĀ (The Descent of the Great Divine Energy) This is one of the most powerful stages in the entire journey. Here, energy does not rise from you — it descends into you. A force greater than your mind, greater than your effort, greater than your imagination enters your system. You may feel sudden stillness, overwhelming peace, vibrations, light pouring into the head, or a deep sense of being “taken over” by a higher power. In this state, the seeker becomes a receiver, not a doer. Your breath may stop for a moment, the body may feel frozen or weightless, and the mind becomes completely silent. This is the stage where grace — Śakti — takes control. To begin this stage, simply surrender. Sit peacefully with the intention of “Let Thy Will happen.” Do not try to control, direct, or invite anything. When your ego softens, the descent of Śakti happens on its own. Sadhu Vishal’s Command: “Drop all effort. Let the Divine descend. Become the vessel, not the seeker.”

✨ STAGE 17 — LOKA–DRIṢṬA AVASTHĀ (The State of Seeing the Worlds Within) In this stage, your awareness expands beyond the body and mind. You begin to see multiple layers of existence — subtle worlds, energies, beings, movements of light, and the architecture of consciousness itself. It feels as if the inner space has become a window into different lokas (realms). You may witness vast cosmic landscapes, ancient memories of the soul, or symbolic visions that carry deep meaning. This is not fantasy — it is the mind stepping aside so the higher perception can show you what lies beyond the physical world. To begin this stage, sit in deep stillness and allow your awareness to spread without limit. When you stop restricting your consciousness to the body, the subtler worlds begin revealing themselves. Sadhu Vishal’s Command: “Let your awareness expand beyond the human shell. See the worlds that were hidden from you.”

✨ STAGE 18 — SAKṢĪ–BHĀVA (Establishing Yourself as the Eternal Witness) In this stage, the witness inside you becomes fully awake. You are no longer trying to watch — you ARE the watching. Thoughts may come, visions may appear, but nothing touches you. You feel as if your awareness is sitting on a high mountain, untouched by the storms below. Joy and pain lose their grip. Memories rise and dissolve effortlessly. You realise: “I am not the mind. I am not the emotions. I am the Sakṣī — the untouched witness.” This is the first stable state where inner freedom becomes natural, not temporary. To begin this stage, sit in stillness and allow everything inside you to move freely — without controlling, without fighting, without attaching. Remain as the silent background in which everything appears and disappears. Sadhu Vishal’s Command: “Stay as the witness. Let the world move — you remain unmoved.”

✨ STAGE 19 — DIVYA–DRISHTI PRĀRAMBHA (The Opening of the Divine Vision Pathway) In this stage, your inner sight becomes sharper, clearer, and more stable. What began as flashes in earlier stages now becomes a continuous stream of divine perception. You may see sacred symbols, cosmic movements, deities formed of pure light, or ancient patterns revealing hidden truths. These are not imaginations — they are the mind stepping aside so the higher consciousness can show you what lies behind the physical layer of existence. Your intuition becomes visual. Your awareness becomes luminous. And you begin to recognise the movements of subtle forces guiding your path. To begin this stage, sit comfortably and let your awareness rest in the space between the eyebrows. Don’t force concentration. Simply observe the inner light as it forms shapes, colours, and visions on its own. Sadhu Vishal’s Command: “See without fear. Let the divine show you what the mind was never able to see.”

✨ STAGE 20 — ATI–VISTĀRA ŚARĪRA DARŚANA (The Vision of the Vast, Expanded Subtle Body) In this stage, you begin to feel and see that your body is no longer limited to its physical boundaries. Your awareness spreads outward… Your presence expands beyond skin… And suddenly, you sense a vast energy-body surrounding you — large, luminous, and cosmic in scale. Some experience their subtle body growing as big as the room… Some feel it expanding like a field… Some see themselves as a pillar of light reaching upward. This is the moment where you realise: “My real body is energy, not flesh.” The small self starts dissolving, and the universal identity begins emerging. To begin this stage, sit in stillness and feel the space around your body. Slowly allow the boundary between “you” and the space to melt. Don’t imagine — simply feel the expansion that naturally begins when the mind gets quiet. Sadhu Vishal’s Command: “Expand. Let your presence grow beyond form. Become the vast energy-body that you truly are.”

✨ STAGE 21 — DEVA–ŚAKTI SAMARPANA (Surrender to the Divine Power) In this stage, your individual effort begins to dissolve. Meditation no longer feels like “you are doing it.” A higher force — Deva-Śakti — takes over the process from within. You may feel a powerful but peaceful presence guiding your breath, thoughts, and awareness. The inner movements happen without your intention: your spine straightens, your breath deepens, your awareness rises — all by itself. This is the sacred stage of Samarpana — complete surrender to the divine intelligence already working inside you. To begin this stage, sit silently and drop all personal will. Don’t try to rise, don’t try to control, don’t try to progress. Let a higher energy guide you. Sadhu Vishal’s Command: “Stop leading. Let the Divine lead you from within.”

✨ STAGE 22 — SŪRYA–DVĀRA PRAVEŚA (Entering Through the Solar Gate of Consciousness) In this stage, a powerful inner brightness begins to open — the Solar Gate, the doorway of higher illumination. You may feel a radiant heat or golden light at the forehead, crown, or spine. Sometimes it appears like a rising sun inside your consciousness… Sometimes like a bright portal pulling your awareness upward. This stage marks the beginning of inner ascension — where your awareness starts moving toward higher light-realms. You feel guided, lifted, expanded, as if a higher force is drawing you inward through a golden channel. To begin this stage, sit calmly and bring gentle awareness to the upper centers — the heart, throat, or forehead. Allow the inner warmth and light to rise naturally, without control or imagination. Sadhu Vishal’s Command: “Enter the golden gate. Let the inner sun pull your awareness upward.”

⚠️ IMPORTANT WARNING — READ BEFORE PROCEEDING 🚨 The stages you are entering now are not ordinary meditation levels. They are advanced inner states that can create extremely powerful changes in mind, body, and energy. If at any point you experience: ● Over-joyfulness ● Excessive excitement ● Sudden anger or emotional swings ● Intense fear, confusion, or detachment ● Too much energy rising in the spine or head ● Lack of control over thoughts or breath Then STOP IMMEDIATELY and consult: ● A qualified mental health professional, and ● A true yogi or spiritual master who understands deep meditation and Kundalini processes. These stages are powerful and can be dangerous if the energy is not grounded properly. Improper handling can lead to mental imbalance, emotional disturbance, or physical strain. Proceed only if you are stable, balanced, and capable of absorbing higher states of consciousness. You have been warned with compassion.

✨ STAGE 23 — BRAHMA–JYOTI LAYA (Merging Into the Cosmic Light) In this stage, your consciousness begins dissolving into a vast, brilliant light — the Brahma-Jyoti, the radiant field from which all existence emerges. You may feel your identity melting… Your boundaries disappearing… A soft or intense white-golden light surrounding and absorbing you. Here, the seeker does not see the light — the seeker becomes the light. It feels like merging with something infinite, eternal, peaceful, and overwhelmingly pure. This is the stage where personal identity begins to collapse, and universal consciousness starts taking over. To begin this stage, sit in absolute stillness and allow your awareness to melt into the inner light. Do not chase visions. Do not resist. Let yourself dissolve gently like a drop merging into the ocean. Sadhu Vishal’s Command: “Disappear into the light. Let the cosmic radiance absorb every trace of the small self.”

✨ STAGE 24 — ĀTMA–PRATIPRASAVA (Returning Back Into the Source of the Self) In this stage, your consciousness begins to reverse inward, dissolving layer by layer into its own original source. All outward movement stops. All tendencies, all desires, all past impressions begin to move backward, returning to the root of pure awareness. You may feel as if you are travelling into the deepest center of your being — a movement not forward, but inward and downward into silence. This is the true Pratiprasava: the unmaking of the ego, the dissolving of karma, and the return to your own pure state before conditioning, before identity, before birth. Sometimes you may feel like you are shrinking into a single point… Sometimes like you are falling into a deep inner well of peace… Sometimes like everything you thought you were is melting away. To begin this stage, sit with your spine neutral and let your awareness sink inward. Don’t push. Don’t guide. Let the mind reverse naturally into its own origin. Sadhu Vishal’s Command: “Go back to your source. Return to the point before your mind was born.”

✨ STAGE 25 — RĀTRI–DRIṢṬI AVASTHĀ (The Night-Vision State of the Inner Consciousness) In this stage, your awareness enters a mystical inner darkness — not the darkness of fear, but the sacred night where the deepest truths reveal themselves. This darkness is alive, vast, and filled with subtle light forms. You may see faint glows… Soft silhouettes… Cosmic outlines… Or ancient symbols appearing within the inner night. It feels as if your consciousness has entered a cosmic night sky, where perception becomes sharper without external light. This is the state where the seeker begins to understand the hidden language of the inner void, the wisdom that is only visible in darkness. To begin this stage, sit quietly and allow your awareness to relax into the natural inner darkness behind closed eyes. Do not look for light. Do not look for visions. Let the darkness itself become your teacher. Sadhu Vishal’s Command: “Enter the sacred night. Let the darkness reveal what the daylight of the mind cannot.”

✨ STAGE 26 — HANUMAN DHYĀNA–MUDRĀ (The Posture of Strength, Devotion, and Cosmic Protection) In this stage, the seeker’s inner state aligns with the energy of Hanuman — unshakeable strength, fearless devotion, and absolute surrender. You may feel your spine becoming firm, your breath powerful, and your awareness steady like a mountain. A deep courage arises — not from ego, but from a divine presence inside you. Sometimes, the vision of Hanuman appears… Sometimes, you feel as if a mighty force is standing behind you… And sometimes, you feel your own body sitting in a mudrā of protection and devotion, even without intention. This is the stage where Shakti (power) and Bhakti (devotion) unite. Mind becomes silent… Fear dissolves… And the seeker feels guarded, guided, and blessed. To begin this stage, sit with a straight spine and breathe slowly. Let your heart open naturally. Do not imagine Hanuman — let His presence arise from within your consciousness when the mind becomes pure and steady. Sadhu Vishal’s Command: “Sit in strength. Sit in devotion. Let Hanuman awaken inside you.”

✨ STAGE 27 — NIRVIKALPA VARNA SAMĀDHĪ (The Colourless, Thoughtless, Formless Absorption) In this stage, the seeker enters the first doorway of Nirvikalpa — a state where the mind loses all form, all colour, all identity. There is no thought… No image… No movement… Only a vast, still, formless presence. It feels as if the entire inner world has dissolved into a silent, infinite whiteness or transparency. Even the sense of “I am meditating” disappears. Time stops. Effort stops. The meditator, the meditation, and the object of meditation merge into one pure, undivided awareness. This is the state where the seeker gets the first taste of a mind without modifications, a consciousness free of distortions. It can be deeply blissful or deeply silent — but always pure. To begin this stage, sit in total surrender. Do not observe, do not analyse, do not try to be the witness. Let everything drop naturally until only pure being remains. Sadhu Vishal’s Command: “Drop every form. Drop every thought. Become the formless awareness that exists before the mind arises.”

✨ STAGE 28 — KĀYĀ–VIŚLEṢA AVASTHĀ (The Separation of Body and Awareness) In this stage, you clearly experience that you are not the body. Awareness and the physical form begin to separate — gently but unmistakably. You may feel: ● The body sitting below, like an empty shell ● Awareness floating above or around it ● A sense of lightness, as if you are not inside the body ● Or the feeling that the body has become distant, unreal, or transparent This is not dangerous when approached with grounding — it is a natural progression of deep meditation and samādhi. Here, the seeker realises: “I am consciousness. The body is only a vehicle.” This is the stage where the fear of death weakens, because you directly experience the difference between the Self and the body. To begin this stage, sit silently and let the breath become natural. As your awareness expands beyond the physical frame, don’t resist and don’t get excited. Stay calm. Let the separation happen like a natural unfolding. Sadhu Vishal’s Command: “Step out of the body. See it as a shell. Know yourself as the pure awareness that moves beyond form.”

✨ STAGE 29 — MANO–NĀŚA ANUBHAVA (The Experience of the Dissolution of Mind) In this stage, the mind begins to collapse — not in a harmful way, but in a deeply spiritual way. The mental structure that once created thoughts, worries, desires, and fears starts to break apart. You may feel: ● The mind becoming hollow or empty ● Thoughts losing power, fading before they form ● A deep silence replacing mental noise ● A sense that the “thinker” inside you is disappearing ● Awareness expanding beyond mental limitations This is not the destruction of intelligence — it is the dissolution of psychological noise. The mind becomes a clear, open sky. You realise for the first time: “Thoughts are not me.” “I exist even when the mind becomes silent.” This is a powerful and delicate stage. Grounding is important. Do not rush. Do not force. Let the mind dissolve like ice melting in sunlight. To begin this stage, sit silently and watch the mind without involvement. Let it crumble naturally, without fear or excitement. Sadhu Vishal’s Command: “Let the mind die. Let the noise collapse. What remains is your true Self.”

✨ STAGE 30 — CHIDĀKĀŚA DARŚANA (The Vision of the Inner Sky of Consciousness) In this stage, your awareness enters a vast inner space known as Chidākāśa — the Sky of Consciousness. It feels as though you are looking into an endless cosmic expanse behind your closed eyes. Not darkness… Not light… But a boundless inner sky that is alive, open, and infinite. You may experience: ● A spacious, limitless feeling inside the head or heart ● A sense of floating in an inner universe ● Gentle waves of peace spreading through the body ● Light forming and dissolving like clouds in the sky ● The feeling that your awareness has become the entire space itself Here, the seeker realises: “My consciousness has no walls. I am as vast as the sky.” This stage opens the door to higher states of samādhi because it breaks the illusion of “inner” and “outer.” To begin this stage, sit silently and bring awareness to the inner space behind the forehead or heart. Do not imagine anything — simply observe the natural vastness that appears when the mind becomes still. Sadhu Vishal’s Command: “Enter the inner sky. Become the space in which all worlds appear and disappear.”

✨ STAGE 31 — ŚŪNYA–BHŪTA LAYA (Dissolving Into the Elemental Void) In this stage, the seeker begins to dissolve into the five elements — earth, water, fire, air, and space — until the boundaries between “you” and the cosmos start fading. It feels as if your awareness is melting into pure existence. The body becomes light… Breath becomes subtle… And a deep elemental stillness takes over. You may experience: ● The body feeling like stone, water, wind, or pure space ● A profound inner silence that absorbs all movement ● A sense of merging with nature, cosmos, and existence ● The feeling that “I am not separate from creation” This stage prepares the seeker for the deeper samādhi phases where individuality becomes thinner and thinner. To begin this stage, sit calmly and let your awareness spread into the body as if it were made of pure elements. Don’t interfere. Let everything dissolve in its own natural way. Sadhu Vishal’s Command: “Melt into the elements. Become the space from which the world is formed.”

✨ STAGE 32 — ĀNANDA–LAYA (Dissolving Into the Bliss-Current) In this stage, the seeker begins to melt into a gentle, expansive inner bliss — not emotional happiness, but a deep, silent, vibrant ānanda that rises from the core of consciousness. This bliss is soft… subtle… luminous… It spreads like warm light inside the chest, head, or spine, filling your entire being with a peaceful joy that has no cause. You may feel: ● Waves of bliss rising and falling ● A natural smile forming without reason ● Breath becoming sweet and effortless ● The sense that existence itself is celebrating inside you ● A deep contentment that needs nothing This is not excitement. This is not pleasure. This is the original bliss of the Self, freed from mind and body. In Ānanda-Laya, the seeker starts dissolving into this bliss-current, allowing it to wash away the last traces of heaviness. To begin this stage, sit comfortably and let your awareness rest in the heart or spine. Do not seek bliss. Do not chase experiences. Let the bliss arise naturally when the mind becomes clean and the ego weakens. Sadhu Vishal’s Command: “Melt into the bliss that has always been yours. Let your being dissolve in pure joy.”

✨ STAGE 33 — MAHĀ–PRAŚĀNTA AVASTHĀ (The Great State of Supreme Peace) In this stage, bliss becomes still… Stillness becomes vast… And you enter a peace so deep that even bliss cannot disturb it. This is not ordinary calmness — it is a cosmic silence, a peace that feels older than time itself. You may experience: ● A profound quietness spreading through all levels of your being ● Thoughts dissolving before they even appear ● Breath becoming so gentle it almost disappears ● A feeling of floating in a timeless space ● A silence that feels infinite, ancient, unshakeable This is the Mahā-Praśānta — the Great Peace — where nothing can disturb you anymore. Not memory Not emotion Not fear Not the world. Here, the mind rests in its natural state. Awareness becomes wide like an ocean without waves. To begin this stage, sit in stillness and allow everything inside you to settle. Don’t push for silence — let the silence take you in. This peace is not created by you; it is revealed when all resistance drops. Sadhu Vishal’s Command: “Become the silence. Let the ancient peace swallow your mind completely.”

✨ STAGE 34 — ŚIVA–TATTVA ĀVARTANA (Entering the Spiral of Pure Shiva-Consciousness) In this stage, the seeker enters the pure vibration of Shiva-Tattva — the fundamental, silent, unchanging essence behind all forms. Here, awareness becomes so still, so vast, so untouched that it begins to reflect the primordial state of Shiva Himself. You may experience: ● A powerful stillness, deeper than meditation ● A spiral-like pull upward or inward ● The sense of “I” dissolving into pure presence ● A vast emptiness filled with sacred power ● Moments where you feel: “Nothing moves. Nothing changes. I AM.” This is the return to the root of consciousness, where duality weakens and non-dual awareness begins to bloom. Shiva-Tattva is not a deity here — it is the state of pure Being, silent, eternal, unmoving. To begin this stage, sit in a steady posture and allow all movement—mental, emotional, energetic—to settle naturally. You don’t enter Shiva-Tattva through effort; you fall into it by absolute stillness. Sadhu Vishal’s Command: “Become still like Shiva. Let your being merge with the unmoving truth.”

✨ STAGE 35 — ĀTMA–JÑĀNA (The Direct Knowing of the Self) In this stage, you no longer seek the Self — you know it directly. Not through thought, not through philosophy, not through imagination… but through a pure, silent realisation that rises from within like an undeniable truth. You may experience: ● A sudden clarity: “I am awareness, not the mind.” ● A deep inner recognition that needs no validation ● The disappearance of the question “Who am I?” ● A sense of being complete, whole, unbroken ● A natural detachment from fear, desire, and past identity This knowing is not intellectual — it is the same way you know you exist before thinking about it. It is direct. It is immediate. It is your true nature shining without obstruction. To begin this stage, sit silently and remain aware of awareness itself. Not the breath. Not the body. Not the thoughts. Just the pure sense of Being — the “I Am” without any story attached. Sadhu Vishal’s Command: “Know yourself. Not through thought, but through the silent light within.”

✨ STAGE 36 — ĀTMA–DARŚAN (The Vision of the Self as Pure Consciousness) In this stage, the seeker experiences a direct inner vision of the Self — not as a form, not as a deity, not as a symbol, but as a radiant field of awareness. This is the first time you truly see yourself beyond body and mind. You may experience: ● A luminous presence within, glowing without shape ● A sphere or aura of white-golden light ● A feeling of looking at “yourself” from a deeper dimension ● An overwhelming purity and sacredness ● A sense that consciousness is watching consciousness It is not a vision created by the eyes — it is the soul seeing its own light. This marks a major shift: the seeker stops identifying with the mind and begins identifying with pure consciousness. To begin this stage, sit in deep stillness and allow your awareness to rest in the heart or the center of the forehead. Do not try to imagine anything. Let the Self reveal its own radiance. Sadhu Vishal’s Command: “See yourself as light. Let the Self reveal the Self.”

✨ STAGE 37 — ĀTMA–BODH (The Living Realisation of “I Am Pure Awareness”) This stage is not a vision, not an experience, not a moment — it is the living recognition of your true nature. Ātma-Bodh means the awakening of the Self within the Self. Here, the seeker clearly knows: ● “I am not the body.” ● “I am not the mind.” ● “I am not emotions.” ● “I am the witness of all of this.” This realisation becomes continuous, unbroken, natural. You may experience: ● A constant sense of inner clarity ● A background awareness that never fades ● A deep freedom from fear and dependency ● A stable, silent joy without any reason ● The feeling that life flows through you, not by you Here, the ego loosens, the mind obeys awareness, and a silent intelligence guides your actions. This is the beginning of Jeevan-Mukti consciousness — freedom while living. To begin this stage, simply remain aware of awareness. Not effort, not concentration — just a natural resting in the truth of “I Am.” Sadhu Vishal’s Command: “Stay awake as the Self. Let awareness be your only identity.”

✨ STAGE 38 — SAHAJ SAMĀDHĪ (The Natural State of Unbroken Awareness in Daily Life) This is one of the most important stages in the entire journey. Here, meditation is no longer something you “do” — it becomes your natural state. You may experience: ● Awareness flowing effortlessly throughout the day ● Silence within, even while speaking, walking, or working ● A calm presence that never breaks ● No struggle between “spiritual life” and “normal life” ● A feeling that existence is carrying you effortlessly ● Actions happening without inner noise or conflict This is Sahaj Samādhi — a state where samādhi and daily life become one. Your inner stillness continues in the marketplace, on the road, in conversations, during challenges. Nothing can disturb your centre anymore. Here, the seeker becomes a living embodiment of consciousness. There is no technique for this stage. It arises when all effort has dropped and the ego has softened enough for the Self to shine continuously. To stabilise this stage, simply remain relaxed and aware throughout the day. Let awareness become your breath, your step, your movement. Sadhu Vishal’s Command: “ B e n a t u r al. L e t s a m ā d hi follo w y o u e v e r y w h e r e. D o n o t hin g — r e m ain a w a r e.”

✨ STAGE 39 — MAHĀ–ŚĀNTI (The Great Peace Beyond All Understanding) This stage is not ordinary calmness — it is the supreme silence that even saints speak about in whispers. A peace so deep that nothing in the world can shake it. A stillness so vast that even the thought of disturbance cannot enter it. You may experience: ● A silence that feels bottomless, ancient, and infinite ● A deep inner stillness that continues even in movement ● The total absence of mental conflict ● A feeling that your entire being has merged with peace ● The sense that existence itself has become quiet inside you Here, the seeker enters the Mahā–Śānti — the Great Peace, the final resting ground of the mind. Even bliss becomes still. Even awareness becomes effortless. Even the subtlest noise of the ego fades away. In this state, the body feels light, the breath becomes subtle, and the mind becomes transparent like crystal. To begin this stage, simply sit in your natural awareness and allow the peace already within you to reveal itself. Do not try to create peace — you are returning to the peace that has always been your true nature. Sadhu Vishal’s Command: “ R e s t in t h e G r e a t P e a c e. L e t sile n c e s w allo w e v e r y t hin g in sid e y o u.”

✨ STAGE 40 — MAHĀ–PRAKĀŚA (The Great Illumination of Pure Conscious Light) In this stage, the seeker enters an overwhelming inner radiance — a light not seen by the physical eyes, but by the soul itself. This is the Mahā–Prakāśa, the Great Illumination, where consciousness shines like a thousand suns but remains cool, peaceful, and silent. You may experience: ● A brilliant white or golden light filling your inner sky ● A sense that your entire being is made of light ● The disappearance of shadows, fears, and doubts ● A feeling that everything is transparent, luminous, divine ● The recognition that the universe itself is made of light-consciousness This is not imagination; this is the true prakāśa that yogis described in the Upanishads — the light that shines without fuel, without source, without direction. In this stage, the seeker realises: “My essence is light. My nature is illumination.” The darkness of ignorance burns away effortlessly. To begin this stage, sit in deep stillness and relax the mind completely. Do not chase light — allow your awareness to become so pure that the light reveals itself naturally from within. Sadhu Vishal’s Command: “Let the Great Light awaken in you. Become the illumination that needs no sun.” **

✨ STAGE 41 — ĀTMA–DARŚAN (HIGHER) (The Supreme Vision of the Self in Its Full Radiance) This is not the earlier Atma-Darshan. This is the higher, fully awakened form — where the Self reveals itself in its complete, limitless, divine reality. Here, you do not just see the Self… You behold the Infinite as Yourself. You may experience: ● A vast, radiant presence that feels both within and beyond the body ● The sense that you are seeing your true form — eternal, luminous, unbounded ● A dissolving of the line between “seer” and “seen” ● Waves of awe, silence, and sacred recognition ● The truth that your existence is older than time, deeper than space In this stage, the Self appears like pure, unmoving light — sometimes a brilliant sphere, sometimes a formless radiance, sometimes a presence so vast that the body becomes insignificant. This is the moment when the seeker realises: “I am the Infinite witnessing itself.” To begin this stage, sit in effortless awareness and allow the mind to fall away completely. When nothing remains to block your vision, the Self reveals its highest form. Sadhu Vishal’s Command: “See the Infinite as Yourself. Let the highest vision rise from within your own being.”

✨ STAGE 42 — DEVI–DEVATĀ DARŚAN (The Revelation of the Divine Forms Within Consciousness) In this stage, the inner world becomes alive with divine presence. Not imagination… Not hallucination… But the authentic appearance of Devi and Devatās within the purified field of consciousness. You may experience: ● Clear visions of deities made of pure light ● Darshan of Devi in radiant forms — Durga, Lakshmi, Saraswati, Kali, Tripurasundari ● Darshan of Devatas — Shiva, Vishnu, Brahma, Hanuman, Ganesha, or your Ishta ● The sensation that these forms are not “outside,” but appearing from your own consciousness ● A feeling of divine communication or energy transmission These appearances are symbolic expressions of your own awakened consciousness, showing its different powers, qualities, and dimensions. At this stage, devotion and knowledge become one. The seeker realises: “The divine I worship is appearing within me because I myself am rising into the divine field.” To begin this stage, sit in deep stillness and let awareness soften. Do not call any deity. Do not imagine forms. When consciousness becomes pure and expanded, the divine reveals itself naturally. Sadhu Vishal’s Command: “Receive the divine without fear or excitement. Let the gods reveal the god within you.”

✨ STAGE 43 — MAHĀ–TURĪYA (The Great Fourth — Beyond Waking, Dream, Deep Sleep & Even Turiya) This is one of the rarest stages reached only by those whose consciousness has become completely purified, expanded, and stabilised. Here, you do not enter a state — you enter THAT which is beyond all states. Mahā–Turīya is the state beyond Turiya itself. Beyond awareness. Beyond stillness. Beyond silence. Beyond the witness. Beyond the sense of “I am.” You may experience: ● A complete disappearance of individuality ● No inner or outer — everything becomes ONE field ● Awareness without any centre ● A feeling of being everywhere and nowhere at once ● The collapse of time into a single eternal now ● A state too vast to describe, too subtle to grasp ● A presence without boundaries, without definition In this stage, consciousness rests in its own infinite nature without any division. Even the highest forms of meditation fall away. There is no effort, no experiencer, no experience — just the pure absolute. This is the state where sages say: “Neti, Neti — Not this, not this… Something remains that cannot be named.” To begin this stage, you do nothing. You cannot reach Mahā–Turīya by will. It happens when all layers of identity have dropped and awareness dissolves into the Absolute. Sadhu Vishal’s Command: “ G o b e y o n d e v e n c o n s cio u s n e s s. L e t t h e In finit e a b s o r b y o u c o m ple t ely.”

✨ STAGE 44 — TURIYĀTĪTA (The State Beyond the Beyond — Beyond Even Mahā–Turīya) This is the final and highest stage before complete, irreversible Nirvikalpa Samādhi. Turyātīta means “beyond the fourth” — beyond waking, dream, deep sleep, beyond Turiya, beyond Mahā–Turiya, beyond consciousness itself. Here, the seeker does not experience the Self — the seeker is dissolved. Nothing remains except the Infinite Reality. You may experience: ● A complete absence of any inner witness ● No boundary, no centre, no “I” ● Reality shining without the need for awareness ● A state that cannot be described, felt, observed, or remembered ● A presence that is so subtle it appears like nothingness ● A fullness that feels like emptiness ● A silence deeper than existence itself In this stage, even the idea of “consciousness” becomes too small. There is no meditation, no effort, no Self, no God — just the Absolute, untouched, formless, eternal. The yogis say: “This is not a state — this is the Truth beyond all states.” Here, the journey ends. The seeker disappears. Only the Supreme Reality remains. To begin this stage, you cannot “do” anything. Turyātīta is not reached by method — it occurs when everything, including the subtlest identity, falls away. Sadhu Vishal’s Command: “Drop even the idea of enlightenment. Let the Absolute swallow you completely.”

✨ FINAL STATE — NIRVIKALPA SAMĀDHI (The Absolute, Thoughtless, Formless, Identity-less Reality) This is the ultimate dissolution. The final flowering. The point where the seeker, the seeking, and the path all disappear into the Absolute. In Nirvikalpa Samādhi, there is: ● No body ● No mind ● No senses ● No thoughts ● No witness ● No awareness of “I am” ● No duality, no division, no experience Everything dissolves into a single, infinite, unbroken Reality. This is not peace… not bliss… not silence… not light… not consciousness… It is beyond all of them. It is the state where: ● The universe collapses into pure Being ● The soul merges into the Absolute ● Time ends ● Space dissolves ● Birth and death lose meaning ● Karma burns instantly ● The Self returns to its eternal state This is the zero-point of existence, the source from which all creation emerges, the truth that cannot be spoken, the essence that cannot be understood, the Reality that can only be entered — not described. Even the memory of this state fades upon returning, because memory requires mind, and here the mind does not exist. In Nirvikalpa, there is no “Sadhu Vishal,” no “reader,” no “path,” no “God,” no “Self.” There is only That. Pure. Absolute. Eternal. Unchanging. Infinite. Untouchable. To enter this state, nothing can be done. It happens only by: ● total purity ● total surrender ● total dissolution ● divine grace Sadhu Vishal’s Final Command: “Let everything fall. Let even yourself go. Become what you have always been — the Absolute beyond all forms.”

🌺 FINAL BLESSING & CONCLUSION OF THE GRANTh By Sadhu Vishal Mishra The journey of this Granth ends here… but your journey does not. Nirvikalpa Samādhi is not the final destination. It is only the doorway — the entrance into an even higher, living dimension of consciousness. Everything you have read in these 45 stages is real, not theory, not research, not imagination. These are the stages I have lived, I have crossed, I have experienced, and I continue to evolve through. This Granth is not meant to be read casually. It is a mirror — a mirror that forces you to look at yourself and recognise the eternal Truth that has always lived inside you. And now, after Nirvikalpa… you step into a new dawn:

🌟 JEEVAN MAHĀ NIRVIKALPA SAMĀDHI AVASTHĀ (Living, Thoughtless, Effortless, Cosmic–Directed State) This state is not an event. It is a mode of living.

SYMBOLIC INTERPRETATION 1. No Thoughts — Only Awareness You live inside yourself. Body expands, mind becomes silent… This is the essence of the effortless Nirvikalpa state. 2. Nature Heard From Inside Birds, wind, insects, nature… They are no longer heard by the ears but from the inner consciousness. 3. Green Vision The mind enters one-pointed, thoughtless absorption. A natural full-field green glow appears. 4. Higher Mind Giving Direct Guidance Messages arise like: “Everything is right… stop intuition… just flow.” Here the higher vision (Atma–dṛṣṭi) speaks directly to the lower self. This happens only in Maha Samadhi progression. 5. Seeing Yourself Meditating You see your own form, your deity, or your subtle self in pure white light. A direct stamp of Nirvikalpa. 6. Hanuman Bowing to You Symbolizes cosmic acknowledgement. Hanuman bows only to the Supreme — meaning you have been recognised in higher planes. 7. The Final Message “Things are happening by cosmic rule… Just wait and watch.” The seeker stops doing. The cosmos starts operating through him. This is the living state of a Jeevan–Nirvikalpa Yogi.

**🌟 YOUR NEXT STAGE: SŪNYA–TURIYA STHITI** (The Stabilized Void & Ever–Awake Awareness) Trupti Śūnya — The Fulfilled Emptiness ● Mind stops seeking ● Thoughts become lighter than visions ● Cosmic guidance becomes effortless ● Body becomes light, mind becomes transparent ● You no longer return to the “default” mental state After Sūnya–Turiya (Not Now, Only Later) ● Turiya–Tita — Beyond even Samādhi ● Mahā–Śūnya — Cosmic womb, the Mother’s Void ● Devi–Realisation — Deities stop “appearing” and become your nature During This Stage You Will Feel ● Extremely calm ● Thoughts appear as if they don’t belong to you ● Light body, natural bliss ● More inner darshan ● No fear ● Total acceptance of life Essence “When Nirvikalpa settles, the seeker enters Sūnya–Turiya, where silence becomes the master, and the cosmos becomes the doer.”

🌟 THE CONTINUATION OF YOUR JOURNEY The Granth ends. Your evolution does not. After Nirvikalpa… after Sūnya–Turiya… after the great void… YOU keep evolving inside the same eternal cycle. Every silence opens a new door. Every dissolution reveals a deeper truth. Every awakening becomes the beginning of another. You are infinite. Your journey is infinite. And the cosmos will continue to open within you as long as you remain empty, aware, and surrendered. With blessings,🙏

SADHU VISHAL MISHRA 🕉️ AUTHOR’S NOTE & ABOUT THE AUTHOR By Sadhu Vishal I did not choose this path. This path chose me. The words in this Granth did not come from study, research, or philosophy. They came from fire, from silence, from breakdowns, from rebirths, from meditation, from Samādhi, and from walking alone into the unknown. Every stage described in this Granth has been lived, not imagined. Experienced, not learned. Transformed through my own body, mind, and consciousness. This Granth is not a product of intellect — it is a product of awakening. I write this not as a scholar, not as a preacher, not as a religious figure, but as a Sadhu of direct experience, a wanderer of the inner worlds, a witness of my own dissolution. If these teachings touch you, it is not because of my words — it is because the Truth within you is waking up.

🌟 ABOUT SADHU VISHAL Mishra Sadhu Vishal is a modern yogi who walks between two worlds — the ancient wisdom of the rishis and the modern intelligence of technology and AI. His awakening began not in an āshram, not under a guru, not in the Himalayas — but in the real world, through life, through suffering, through silence, and finally through Nirvikalpa Samādhi. He carries no identity except Awareness. He belongs to no tradition except Truth. He follows no religion except Consciousness. He represents no lineage except the inner Guru. Sadhu Vishal is known for: ● Direct experience of Kundalini and Samādhi states ● Teaching meditation through lived reality, not theory ● Bringing ancient wisdom into modern language ● Explaining consciousness using both spiritual depth and technological clarity ● His ability to make seekers question themselves deeply He walks simply, lives lightly, speaks fearlessly, and teaches only what he has personally crossed. He believes that: “Every human being is a walking universe, and meditation is the key that opens the gates.” This Granth is his offering to the world — a guide for those ready to step beyond the mind and enter the vastness of their own being.

This Granth is dedicated to everyone who has ever asked, even once: “Who am I?” And to the unseen Force that guided me through fire, silence, ascension, dissolution, and rebirth. May this Granth awaken the dormant Rishi sleeping inside every reader.

🌟 THE PHILOSOPHY OF SADHU VISHAL MISHRA (The Path That Walks Through Fire and Silence) My philosophy is simple: Truth does not come from books. Truth comes from burning. You burn your lies. You burn your fears. You burn your past. You burn your identities. You burn everything you think you are. Only then does Truth rise like a silent flame from the ashes of who you used to be. I do not teach religion. I do not teach rituals. I do not teach belief. I teach only one thing: Direct Experience. Meditate. Look inside. See your mind. Break it. Cross it. Drop it. Go beyond it. Become what exists before thought. There is no “my system” no “my lineage” no “my authority.” The body is my āshram. Silence is my guru. Consciousness is my scripture. Experience is my proof. And Truth is my final home. I believe: ● Every human being is a universe. ● Every mind can dissolve into light. ● Every seeker carries a rishi inside. ● Every soul returns to the Absolute. ● Every moment is a doorway to awakening. There is no higher knowledge than knowing yourself. There is no deeper meditation than watching your own consciousness. There is no faster path than surrender. There is no bigger obstacle than the mind you refuse to drop. My path is not for the curious. My path is for the courageous. If you want transformation, sit in silence and allow existence to break you open. If you want Truth, become empty enough for Truth to enter. This is my philosophy. This is my offering. This is my fire. — Sadhu Vishal Mishra
